Containing no cereals, this balancer is andldquo;Non-Heatingandrdquo; and has low levels of protein, sugar, starch and calories, but is high in fibre so it will not promote weight gain. It can also be used as an important part of a weight reduction programme when the rest of the diet is also calorie controlled.
