Prodivet Test-It Parvo Dog Test Kit – Kit (5 Tests)

The Prodivet Test-It Parvo Dog Test Kit is designed to detect the antigens of canine parvovirus in canine feces. Two antibodies in the test specifically bind with different epitopes of the antigens. After being absorbed into the cellulose pad, the antigens of canine parvovirus move and bind with gold-colloid complex of anti-canine parvovirus of the conjugate pad, forming antibody-antigene complex. This complex, then, forms antibody-antigene-antibody direct sandwich binding with the antibody of another monoclonal anti-canine parvovirus in the nitrocellulose membrane.
